Fort Scott Programs

Cardiac Rehab Support Group
The support group meets the third Tuesday of each month at the Newman Young Clinic Lobby, 821 Burke Street. For more information, call 620-223-8581.

Cardiac Rehab patients are invited to attend specialized classes for their educational needs. Session topics and dates will be provided to them by their physician. 

Cancer Support Group
The support group meets the second Monday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Senior Health Office, Newman Young Building, 710 W. 8th. For more information, call 620-223-8581.

Diabetes Support Group
The support group meets the second Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Fort Scott Family Physicians office, 403 Woodland Hills Blvd. For more information, call 620-223-8042.

Grief Support Group
The support group meets the first Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. at the Pleasanton Family Practice office. For more information call 913-352-8379.

Blood Pressure Screenings
Free blood pressure screenings are provided for our customers. For times and locations, please call 620-223-8090.

Daybreak
This respite program for caregivers is offered every Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Senior Health Office, Newman Young Building, 710 W. 8th. For more information, call 620-223-8094.
